is there an Orthodox counterpart to St. Padraigh? there must be. he must be famous in the east even in our time. who was he? i wanna know what happened north, and west of the Black Sea when the first Orthodox missionaries first walked into those ancient spirit filled woods! what tribes were there? how were the first meetings? who succeeded? who was martyred? etc.

@biturica25 terirem nu inseamna nimic. Cand turcii au cucerit Constantinopolul, i-au pus pe greci sa munceasca pt ei. Munceau toti grecii, in fiecare zi, in afara de duminici si sarbatori. Cum se termina slujba, trebuiau sa mearga la munca. Ca sa lungeasca cantarile astfel incat sa dureze mai mult slujba, au compus teriremuri, niste adaosuri la diverse piese din cadrul Sf.Liturghii si cantari din alte slujbe.
