I just came across this video - reminded me of my OSCE's at Liverpool in 2003 (LOCAS came in the year after). Lots of memories - thanks Bianca (and previous daughter Kylie!!!)
Their techniuqe is good but they taught us to do superficial palpation first (tenderness,ammount of liqour and masses),finger and tape for symphisio-fundal height. Fundal grip, lateral grip then 1st and 2nd pelvic grips and then finally auscultation. Got my OBS & Gyn exam 2morrow, thanks for posting and wish me luck!

very useful!! although i didn't recognize the the pelvic 1st & 2nd grips were done properly.
I liked the smoothness in which she presented the case.. I usually get confused!!

you'll never pass your exam with this!!!!

Very useful. One small thing - variation of 2 cms not 2 weeks for the measurement of fundus to symphysis pubis???
