No offense, but you'd need to be an idiot to think that this song was Avril 14th. They may be similar, but they are obviously not the same song.

ROFLMAO! Funniest commercial ever! The most common side effects of the Exelon patch are nausea vomitting & diarrhea. The likelihood and severity of these side effects may increase as the dose increases. Patients may expierence loss of appetite or weight. Patients who weigh less than 110 lbs may experience more side effects. People @ risk for stomach ulcers should talk to their doctors cuz problems such as bleeding may worsen.
