@xjillx38 Actually, I think when you are a plastic surgeon you must be a doctor and an artist. You gor to domain the surgery technique, and you have to domain also artistic rules. What is extremely rare. Everybody says that the first nose surgery does't worths, you gotta do twince or three times to get what you want.
