Ofra Haza was a real good singer/songwriter,she wrote over 70! great songs from folk to pop to rock(with iggy pop),house and ballads,her last works are hardly unknown,but real worldmusic-rock,unique and very ambitous,i love it!Hard to find!(And as a arabic jew with an open heart she stands always for peace between the nations)Very sad that she is gone so painfull,sad story!!!

So funny, I was watching a program where people are brought back with lovers, family, friends who are on the other side off the world or don't have money to visit one another and today they played this song when they showed two brothers (muslims) that go back to there mother in Iraq.. it has never been conlclusively proved she died of AIDS cotracted from her husband as her family forbad an autopsy and he died of a methamphetamine overdose a year later,although,sadly, probably true we will never know for certain what took this angel from us ,can we not just let her rest in peace !!!!
