  • I just eat till I'm full, and only eat when we're supposed to. i don't snack much...all you have to do is stay active and stay away from the kitchen!

  • Drink even more water than u are now because water is good for flushing out toxins. So is the trunk of brocolli because it's got lots of fiber which will really clean up your intestines, nd that's where alot of the weight is hidden. It would be sooooooooo much better for you if u eat raw vegatables and make sure they're organic because of all the harmful toxins in non organic foods

  • I couldnt do the Almond Milk..ugh.. I eat Oatmeal EVERY morning with a touch of Whey Protein added to it to give me more fullness.. And I drink H20 religiously.. Keep it up girlie.. Oh.. and I havent had a Soda since March of this year..

  • Little extra input try Almond Milk by Blue Diamond or Slik, has protein, less calories and more Calcium and Vitamin D & E than regular milk. The milk is lactose and soy free too. Also, they have unsweetened so u dont taste the flavor of the almond. Like the vids keep them coming, u r my encouragement to stay on my lbs journey.

I did it all at once. but now I'm thinking I probably should've started slow like that. i don't know. what I'm doing IS working for me but I just like shocked myself into it.

  • Have you tried Silk or 8th Continent Original Soy Milk. I've made sure to add healthy snacks between meals. I've been doing fruit salads or Vita Tops w/yogurt. Vita tops are like the top part of a muffin, but it has lots of vitamins, fiber and it's only 100-150 calories. They are frozen and I think come 6 in a box. I sometimes eat one of these with a Fiber One yogurt or a serving of yogurt and it tricks me into thinking that I'm having a sweet desert.

  • @ebony0421 sounds good firl...made u a fake desert for some reason i dont like yogurt...but i will try a that silk milk. i seen it in the stores.

  • I love the Special K Bars. Strawberry is my fav. Try the Almond milk by Silk. I think you will like it. I am inspired to restart my diet and exercise but is boiling hot where i live.

  • Good for you eating raw veggies! It's also important to incorporate whole grains like brown rice, barley, and quinoa. They fill you up and because they are complex carbs and break down more slowly, they giving you more time to burn the calories you get from them. BTW huge props for exercising! Staying motivated is key (a key which I haven't found yet;). Thank you for sharing your journey!
