You're soooo RIGHT about fresh from the garden tomatoes! Beats what you can get in the grocery store by a country mile. =)

Since I'm hypoglycemic, I can only eat pasta every once in a great while (carbs are soooo bad 4 me). But I would use the remaining ingredients with cooked ground Italian sausage, sauteed mushroom & mozzarella cheese to make a scrumptious Italian omelet. XOXOXO
