@cloud2537 the third is stating that in times of peace soldiers cannot enter ur home unless its okay with u basically. 7 is u need a public trial for any cases over $20 which all cases already are so he didn't mention it. and im lookinf into 9

He was so quick I didn't realize he skipped #3 until the second play through- 3 hungry soldiers - no quartering soldiers
