It's not in English it's written in Romaji. I'm sure the origional song name is written in Kanji and Hirigana (for no) but this is how the video poster decided to write it, and it might be called that in Weastern countries anyway so that people who can't read Japanese can read the title, but I dont know.

If you have the Japanese language pack installed on your computer (I think it's installed automatically with Vista? At least it was with mine) than you can go into your control pannel language settings and add a language and add Japanese. Than I change the language to Japanese and than Hirigana, I go in Microsoft Word type in the word and it comes up with a list of Kanji if you write click the word. Hope this makes sense. If you google Japanese text on your computer that might help.
