Old believers don't have clergy, let alone bishops.

Some do, some don't. The popovtsy do, the bezpopovtsy don't. Both are Old Believers.

@Joasia9 I am an Old Believer, Popovtsy that is. We have Clergy. We like having Clergy. I don't want to be rude but please get your facts together before you state something. We have had Clergy my entire life.
