@IroN3WolF No, it's not a cheat. When you begin the Knights of the nine quest, you must do a pre-quest to visit all the shrines and earn penance, removing your infamy. If you gain infamy again you lose your knights armour and must earn penance with the shrines again. I like to play the good guy

no this house doesn't come with a servant, the one in Skingrad does though. You could always download servant mods though, I just don't use them, they just get in the way. Sometimes I leave my companions there though from the brotherhood, mage guild, fighters and a summon creature like a frost atronach, they look mint stood outside guarding the door.

no, if you buy a house then all the things you put in drawers will saty, its only if you break in a house and store things, or break in and kill the owner that it diapears

I disagree, but persuasion is pretty much the easiest method. I typically can raise NPCs' dispositions to anywhere from 70 to 100. The persuasion minigame thing is really easy, once you use it often enough.

Here's a really easy solution, CRJJ: Just do lots of quests to get your fame up. I'm pretty sure that each fame point is a +1 to disposition. I had the same problem with my current character, a level 12 Nord (who PWNS!). I just did LOTS of quests, and got lots of promotions before going back and buying the house, and her disposition was at 100 because my fame was at about 50. Or, you can use a charm spell or scroll on her. Or persuade/bribe her.

just for the record im not sure fame helps disposition. my characters fame is v high but personality is only 20 because shes a mortal dremora etc. i had to bribe and charm him with a level 38 character lol
