@ExcelGenerations actually, all the people thought it was just a normal club, but the club is one of good places to have demons combined with humans, plus the person has to have a pure heart in order to control a demon, so tht explains why all the those became demons cause they didnt have good hearts and akira was able to control his demon

There are still alot of manga that have original art from the maker and same goes for the anime of em dont dis the artist when they try hard to make it good for the reader's/viewer's technology is advancing so alot of thing's will change just deal with it :P

The problem is that change isn't always for the better. Look at the Histories Strongest Disciple Kenichi for example. It was a great manga with just enough fanservice to make things funny, now I have to count the pages that doesn't have fanservice and it's getting old. Saddly this is what most writers/artists follow, make it so that it caters to every fanservice possible, who cares about the story after all?

@hungoversundays The only movie that I know of Devil-man was that shitty CGI that was released a couple years ago. And this was made in the mid to late 80's. The original devil-man anime was out in the early 70's. Atleast if you're gonna hate on something that isn't new and shiny, don't watch this series in general. Almost all of devil-man is like this. Old and awesome.

I agree that computer animation is easier to make , but I assure you , it does not take any less skill , or any less effort and passion to make . And I dont get it , both computer AND traditional animation are drawn , both require endless sketching and detail , the difference being , one requires messing around with pencils and ink and buying an endless supply of materials . and the other doesnt.

probably; its a manga created in 1972, and its shocking violence, besides "high-level" cursing and nudity makes it infinitely full of win. i am certain it was a influence on most of the many "fantasy gory action" works out there
