  • Should i choose this ball or pure physics or taboo

  • Quick QUESTION ! = c system ulti max OR loaded revolver ??

  • i have to say that curlie demonstraited this really well!.

  • I'm thinking about getting this ball for when the lanes have lots of oil on and for medium oil use the wicked siege? or should I invest on the nexus f(p+f) for heavy oil lanes??

  • The guy who drills bowling balls my local pro shop says that this ball didn't do anything for him. He said it barely hooked more than his plastic ball.

  • WOW! This balls reaction is...........just like every other brunswick ball out there. Storm nation baby!

  • I recently got a Ulti-Max, I decided to get it just looking at the info sheet on the bowling ball. I drilled it to be more aggressive on the back end. I have only bowled with it a few times but the back end reaction is great. On a typical house shot I can get it out to the 5 board. Same with the regional tournament I bowled recently.

Also for anyone noticing the comparison to the alpha... alpha has more overall roll and can cover more boards but the ulti has a higher angle of hook.

  • I have a question when you make your videos - How do you determine which layout you are going to use for each ball you are reviewing. I guess what makes you use a 45x4x30 layout on this ball and then 45x4x70 on the next I realize you are trying to mix it up. I just was wanting yo know if the layout you choose is something you need in your personal arsenal

  • If Curlie averages 215, Im the pope.

  • sorry to tell you, but your not a cranker...

  • which would be better for me this or victory road i bowl from somewhere about first arrow and i am med / low rev player and my home bowling alley has medium oily lanes and i have pretty high backswing and throw about 15 mph speed

  • @K1kk31992 Honestly, either one will work great for you. The ulti is more aggressive than the VR, so it all depends on what you're looking for the ball to do.

  • @bowlingballcom didnt they discontinue VR

  • Tony Ruocco used to call himself a tweener, how come he's become a cranker now? He doesn't exhibit much of a cranker style here, does he? Actually, I reckon he still looks like a tweener here, and both Curlie and John look rather like strokers here.

  • No offence but just a suggestion, can you guys test bowling balls on a FIXED lane condition? Rather than all the balls look the same. And when we buy it, its different.

    Thanks.

Like this if u feel the same.

(Do it on a 42feet pattern with loads of volume in the middle for ALL the balls)

  • @DrEaMxBoI it is a FIXED lane condition

  • @DrEaMxBoI I understand the need to change the lane condition as they do own a business and it would be dumb to make a ball look like it cant hook but for - at the least - a somewhat knowledgable bowler, the video doesn't help to decide what ball to buy.

I guess it's a double edged sword... and I'm not sure if I owned a business if I would do it any differently... other then giving more info or at least the correct info.

  • @xxIceWaLLxx I would definitely look here before considering a ball but it would be great if they show on the sport patterns for us to look at the different ball shapes on different oiling. No point looking at all the same sort of ball shape on the same lane pattern where probably there is free hook on the outside part of the lane. No such thing as free hook on the sport pattern right? Therefore i seriously hope they would film it on different sport patterns.. Others are doing it already..

  • @DrEaMxBoI Perhaps they could do a sport shot and house shot video like britton does for his videoballreviews? Plus the surface tweaks are helpful too to see if the ball still retains its backend or hooks earlier.

  • @xxIceWaLLxx totally agree!!

    Happy bowling guys..

  • Need better lighting on the lanes. Good roll on the ball

  • Doesn't look too continuous... the Lethal Revolver looked like a stronger hitting piece to me.

  • Accidentally found out that Tony has a pro shop in Florida yesterday browsing the Morich ball site.

Thought I would share for no reason in particular.

  • AMAZING....

  • I WANT THIS

  • I'm a huge fan of brunswick bowling balls thanks for the upload.
