  • My usual warmup Kstarr! I NEED that just to be functional overhead be it pullups, OHP or anything upper body. I like to throw in some wicked external rotation in the rack position and also the #5 position. Thanks again Kstarr! You rock!

  • I have hurt my shoulder joint or tendons,The weight dropped backwards while doing a shoulder press,It crunched all the way to the floor, I didn`t let go, Now it has an aching pain through my scapula, Hurts with big movements and have a lot of clicking and crunching, Need Help!! Would this work?
