This is a cumulonimbus cloud (storm cloud) since there is a defined anvil (not seen in this video, unfortunately) at the top of the entire cloud mass. Cumulonimbus is a generally a collective term that defines a handful of stages in the latter part of storm development, but since the storm is entirely in its mature stage here, we then deem it the Cumulonimbus Incus.
