@jacksonesp100 I think it works because Mikael loves experimenting as does Buckethead, and they both have a devotion from their fans, and they would probably fit pretty well together. It worked when he did vocals for Devin Townsend, and it would work with Buckethead too.

I totally agree with his thinking of writing lyrics ... it has to come out of your soul and has no particular rule or something. You just wirte your thoughts down and get the right words ... love it that at least something I do is correct somehow :)

By the look of his face one could easly tell that Mikael hasn't relly achieved what he wanted as musician, but there is plenty of time to make it. Don't give up guys. I personally would love new instruments like violins, cellos, classical guitars, in fact a permanent classical guitarist would fit like a ring in a finger for Opeth. Try new stuff!
