@BlackReaperMetal That's him singing for real. The video footage was very poorly edited, so much so that they didn't even want to release the DVD. I believe the whole thing was released without their consent, iirc.

@BlackReaperMetal he is singing no doubt,, its just that the video and sound is out of synd MANY times through out the video.. first I thought it was an error in the mic or something,, but if you look closely the camera view changes and then goes back so they actually choose the wrong clip to go back to... poor editing but LEGENDARY vocals.. this is Barlow, trust me! ^^ btw Im gonna do a vocal cover of this song in a few days,, lets see if I can pull it off.. that High A is power and beyond ;)

First of all, Barlow's singing is great throughout the whole dvd especially at the end. My only two complants are that something like this didn't come out during the Horrow Show tour. That's my favorite Iced Earth line-up and it would've been nice to see...heck, the whole album in a live pro-shot. I'm also mad that my "A Question of Heaven" and some other songs aren't on the dvd. I can see why John wasn't happy about this getting release.

i doubt there is any sort of "official" top 10 list, and even if there was, it would still be totally subjective. Matt Barlow, and Bruce Dickinson are THE best metal singers IMO.

I actualy like the scream from "a question of heaven" (the studio version better. It is his most powerful, and is builded up by the earlier parts of the song very good. This scream is also wicked, but not as good as that one IMMO.

this scream is more higher than AQOH one, this is a A5 and the AQOF is a G#5...sure that scream is more fuckin powerful than the scream here...you can heard one the higher scream by Matt on the harmony in the opening scream in Wolf, he makes a Bb5. Amazing man!
