i'm pretty sure if he can play in the 5th position, that he definitely knows how to do vibrato. what am i talking about, he already knows how to do vibrato, as you can see in the video.

He is definately worthy of playing the piece! A rival to the real locatelli for sure, but someone needs to teach him about vibrato and baroque pieces lol. Bravo!
