He is just not used to speak korean a lot so he doesn't know the right tone. His accent is truly Korean when he speaks korean. If he practice, he can speak korean with 100% perfect tone and accent. The pure Korean with IQ 138 assures.

DDK is a massive talent in both drama & comedy. Buster Keaton meets Shakespeare. The utter pathos and despair DDK portrays makes you want to both laugh and cry for him. It's made all the more stunning when we see in season 4 Jin tells Sun that the man he was before this island is not the man he is now. A glimpse of that transformation is revealed here in this performance. One of my few complaints about LOST is that there has not been enough Jin & Sun.
