  • we just put them where ever there is less tv sound, they grow just fine... they live in our neighbourhood and they r annoying untill we got a small one which is sooooo amazing and cute+ it does tricks at the age of 3 months

  • OMG that is so cute, I wish I could see my 2 parrotlets like this again but no they are grown up and very naughty =D now

  • cool video!!!!

  • Great Video!

  • How much are parrotlets usually sold for im thinking about buying one?

  • @loungo1567

    They range from $150-$275

depending on the color you want.

  • @loungo1567 i personally bought my two parrotlets for 75 and they were perfectly healthy depends who you buy from

  • at what age do baby parrotlets wean because my parents wont let me take care of baby parrotlets if it takes more than 4 weeks p.s. the baby parrotlets already have thier wings the pet shop owner told they still need to be hand fed

  • They will have their wings at the age of 26 days.. They wont wean until they are 8-12weeks of age...

  • How often should they be fed at this age?

  • You would probably want to feed them every 2-3 hours. It depends on their age.

  • Poor little cutie in the middle was like WHERE'S MINE?! LOL

  • Yes! Heat is CRUCIAL! Without heat the food in their crop (that little bubble) will not digest. Also, that little bubble (the crop, where the food is stored while it's being digested)..shouldn't have too much air in it. If there is air, perhaps you should check our technique. I highly suggest you do a bit of research as making little mistakes (ie: not making sure food mixture is at 107 degress and maintaining that) can easily kill the little birds and/or cause permanent damage. GOOD LUCK!!:)

  • One more thing: make sure that their is some source of humidity in their area. A soaked sponge placed where they can't get to it helps maintain humidity. A great little thing is a little digital temperature/humidity reader. They are great! You want to be careful of things being too hot as well. In yoru research, I'm sure you'll find the temperature requirements for each stage of the chicks development...heed that and you'll be fine! :-P

  • Are you using a light or heating pad..do i really need a heating pad,and when i feed my parrotlets their stomach has a little bubble on it..is that normal!

  • it's sooo nice I like it
