  • Thank you for the comment, they just built another Red Lobster close to my house... so I need to watch my weight.

  • I like cheese biscuits from Red Lobster too! : ) I plan to start the HCG protocol in 2 weeks. I have been eating healthy for a while, i.e. no fast food in 3 months-second summer eating healthy, exercising and no results. Went on thyroid medicine and still no results. I have dropped my caloric intake by 600 calories gradually this summer- no results. So I am looking forward to something working! Thanks for posting info about your experiences.

  • @aharri381 what is going on with some of us? i was in the same boat. i ate well and exercised 1 hr to 2 hrs a day 6 days a week and i did lose 17 lbs in 4 months but i gained back 7 lbs even with the same diet and more exercise. and then for sevral months my weight stalled. i also went on thyroid meds and still no weight loss. i eat better than 90% of everyone i know.

  • Thanks for posting your progress finishing P2 of the hCG Protocol. My husband & I are also doing it together, and we agree having a partner really helps! If you can, we'd love to hear your experiences on P3 & P4, as very few people vlog on those phases.

  • I belong to the free web site SPARKPEOPLE and log my food and exercise there. If you want some good tracking for your follow-up, check it out. Keeping the pounds off it what matters, once they are gone.
