ive got a 28cc sovereign strimmer engine, i took it apart last night and rebulit it, i wanna do some mods to it but dont wanna spend a whole load of money, any help?

also, could i use deodorant as a 'quick start'? just a thought hahah

Ummm im not sure because I've never rebuilt one of these. Plus Sovereign is exclusive to Homebase so good luck finding parts. Deodorant should work but dont spray too much in or you could blow your engine.

that mitsubishi trimmer looks like it is put together fairly well. best one out of all ur others for sure

Oh yeah! its also my second oldest, its 20 years old, has a motorcycle style carb, and has a duel bearing crank engine and its made out of all metal, except the fuel tank, air cleaner and fuel cap

Thanks! yeah they do! they easily cleared all the stuff in front of the house :) im just trying the put the anti vibration handle on the mcculloch cos the current one doesnt look right on it
