@goongagoolunga Thank you, that's not condescending at all. I've researched and while I don't agree with him on everything, I truly believe he is the best one for the economy and foreign policy. It sucks for me still being in high school. I've followed Paul and read a few books on Austrian economics. What scares me the most is how ill informed people are, college is going to feed these kids their views if they don't care or research before hand. Now the corruption is obvious to me.
@8lig The market does have it own regulations. Banks wouldn't take risks if they didn't know that the government was going to bail them out. So this intervention is an encouragement for them to do something they would not have normally done, because the free market would have caused all of them to go bankrupt and out of business.

@goongagoolunga Thank you, that's not condescending at all. I've researched and while I don't agree with him on everything, I truly believe he is the best one for the economy and foreign policy. It sucks for me still being in high school. I've followed Paul and read a few books on Austrian economics. What scares me the most is how ill informed people are, college is going to feed these kids their views if they don't care or research before hand. Now the corruption is obvious to me.

@8lig The market does have it own regulations. Banks wouldn't take risks if they didn't know that the government was going to bail them out. So this intervention is an encouragement for them to do something they would not have normally done, because the free market would have caused all of them to go bankrupt and out of business.

@8lig You do not understand at all. The free market has regulations. You believe that if the government does not intervene there would be no regulations but you are wrong. You do not get it at all. The big banks own the politicians. Sponsor their campaigns, etc. Then they take this risks Knowing that they WILL be bailed out. When they get the bail out they pocket the money and people lose their jobs. If they face bankruptcy it would be the end of the bank and they won't have that money source.

@8lig, your logic is counter intuitive. You don't get to declare bankruptcy just because you don't feel like paying your bills. That goes for individuals and banks. What you just suggested is that the banks will make money off us hand over fist but then declare bankruptcy, well, guess what? Under the law (different from regulations) the courts won't give it to them.

Americans have to be braindead for this guy not to be leading in the early polls,,,but in their defence they allow their news to be extremely biased and not show things that in my country and many others would never be tolerated. It's not actually free voting when candidates are swept under the rug like they have done to Paul this year so far..I'd like to thank the comedy shows like Jon Stewart who picked up the slack and actually show the truth there,check it out on jon stewart here on youtube

@taledarkside Ron Paul is funded a lot by the military, much more than any other candidate. Other candidates such as Romney are funded by huge businesses. Ron Paul said he wouldn't release tax returns because he was embarrassed by his small amount of money. Fund raising is not corrupt in the slightest and assuming it is is just plain fucking stupid especially when that person is not rich.

Thats why there shouldn't be any fundraising at all for each candidate. So ron paul wants to hide his money like the other candidates. That just makes just like the other politicians. nothing different.
And it is hard to prove what military is funding him. You can have someone that is huge in business and be in the military. It happens all the time.
