I think you need to look at the human side of the organisation, look at the people who volunteer, free of charge their time and skills. Look at the people who have sacrificed their lives for a cause they believe in. It’s easy to sit behind a computer and dispute its usefulness when you aren’t prepared to put yourself out there for any useful purpose. Of course I don’t know you, but with a name like deadend70 you don’t inspire me with much confidence!

Maybe a better way of saying what i mean is that focussing on negatives all the time has rarely resulted in a positive outcome, be it within an organisation like the UN or within yourself for that matter (though negatives do need to be addressed).
