Plusses: she does her own version and puts her own spin on the tune; well done.

Minuses: the vibraphone didin't work on this; bad choice. He comments up front were a bit assinine: 'I like Bill Withers. Do you like Bill Withers?' Lame; she should have just said, 'Here's a B.W. song, one of my favorites,' and left it at that. Over all though, this was pretty good.
