  • Swingbossa Hello, I liked your style, you can now come here to Brazil and play some music with us, like much of his execution, congratulations.

  • Nooossa! E vc não é brasileiro?! O português está arrasando!!! Muito bem! Vc está de parabéns!

  • Boa. Mandou ver.

As músicas em portugues são difíceis

    de tocar e cantar.!

    Nice Job Man

    ficou legal a musica

    Gal Costa também canta muito

  • obrigrado. adorei gal costa tambem!

  • i like very much djavan Broder Bastos see my videos.

  • Very good! Sing in portuguese it's so difficult, and you sing very weel.

I still feel like a gringo, so I appreciate knowing that I'm getting some of the style of the music.

  • very nice! I like your style. you are singing with saudade.

  • Wow...so calming

  • hey...that was nice! all your effort to sing in pontuguese was paid off! =)

  • As a brazilian myself it is nice to see that "MPB" and "Bossa Nova" are appreciated outside Brazil aswell.

    Nice one

  • I find your work's good, but I'm asking myself which sort of "violao" do you use?1st time I see that kind of "guitar",and the sound's good!Good job!

  • Thanks! It's a 1970 Giannini CraViola nylon string. The style (nylon, steel, and 12 string) was developed with the help of the brasilian guitarist Paulinho Nogueira in the late 60s, and they're still made today. I also have one from 1978 which has a regular spruce top, but still the brasilian rosewood back and sides, which makes them sound very full and rich. I also have a 1970s Giannini classical (in some of my other videos) which also has a rich sound; check eBay for more of those!

  • Thank you very much for answering me so quickly,in fact for answering me just!I listen to you while I'm writting & the sound is really good(I use to play with a Godin nylon strings, sound good too, but the one you got...)Thanks again!

  • You're singing straight from the heart...oblivious to the clamor of the world.... that's the beauty of Bossa Nova.

I like your chords, very neat! I'm a big fan of Djavan, Ivan Lins, Joao Bosco...heck all Brazilian musicians!

  • Thanks for your kind comment. I'm glad I'm doing these songs some justice, being a North, not South, American. I also can't choose among all the brasilian musicians; there are so many good ones!
