I read in FAQ the only way to use Aeon's Hyper -Requiem of the 13th Hour, You have to wait/use Nullyfying Barrier until his clock turns yellow and cast Hour of Judgement -Behold Absolute Power, freeze time extendetly.

Not really. He takes time, but as long as he is not harmed by the enemy, the hyper will hit. OwO

or u use the clock sub-weapon or not get hit by the opponent for a few seconds its not a really hard duty

You know, overall this game was a pretty big disappointment for Castlevania fans, but I have to admit I LOVE Aeon. Wouldn't mind seeing him playable in a real Castlevania game one of these days.

Is this the Japanese version of the game or does the English version have a Japanese voice option?

The English version has both English and Japanese audio.

I assume the Japanese version also has the English audio, if Order of Ecclesia is any indication (all the versions of OoE had both English and Japanese audio).

To unlock Shanoa,Death,and Dracula in every other mode except story: Complete their true story mode.

To unlock Aeon: Complete Story mode with every charecter. Then when u unlock true story mode, complete it with any charecter. Finally complete true story mode with Aeon.
