This company has many bases in central BC , suchas Prince George , Vanderhoof .....they have different courses such as Private , recreational pilot , commercial pilot with IFR , night and VFR OTT ratings
I know eric stier personally and he got his license 20 some yrs ago. he also flew jets for the military when he was younger
and is a high time pilot with every kind of flying out there. I got my PPL with him and one gets the best academic training out there. e.g mountain flying , IFR , bush flying. AS FAR AS AGE you can get a recreation license at 16 which allows 2 passengers and a max. 4 place aircraft. HAVE ANY QUESTIONS CALL ME JERALD AT 12505709057 OR ERIC 12505702670
In the US you can get a student endorsement when your 16 as long as you've taken your pre-solo written, conducted the necessary flight maneuvers in the designated aircraft, and have a medical certificate. There are other requirements that are in the FAR/AIM I just don't remember them all.
In Canada anyway, you can get a student pilot permit at 14, which allows you to fly solo, as long as you have a medical, and have past the Pstar written. The solo flying you do can only be for training purposes. To get a private license, you have to be 17
sorry no, i'm sorry to say none of you are completely right, 16 years old in the USA is only enough to start flight school and be certified as a student pilot. you have to finish 17 years of age to become a Private pilot. (which is the first license that lets you fly alone)
Prices of all d courses are given on line .....website guardian aerospace dot net
