Actually, the Driver used to be a school bus driver he was fried from Lyon County School District for having Three tickets on his CDL. The Driver was killed. The Conductor was killed along with at least 4 passengers. The truck drive fell asleep.
American passenger rail cars are already required to be built like big armored cars when compared to our oversees counterparts. Hell, that truck may have successfully run straight through a japanese train.
