Argentina were AMAZING in the world cup I thought. Definately exceeded expectations. They're not as good as SA or NZ, but they could beat any of the 6 nations teams if they play well.
They're a deserving Top 8 team but the problem is Arg doesn't play "well", their tactic is always to PREVENT the opponent team to play well... So matches involving them are often quite boring and on the edge of dirtiness... Yet they have my support and admiration considering their zeal etc... But now it's time to use their talents (Corleto, Hernandez & co) to play POSITIVE rugby, please...

You have a point there, but the ABs had so much possesion in that game that they should have gone for the 3 points (drop goal). In my opinion the players bottled it. I went to see the ABs play Canada just before the world cup in Hamilton and 1 try was from a blatent forward pass. When I questioned this my kiwi mate told me to 'Fuck off, its rugby, you play to the whistle, the rules are the same for both teams'.
Trust me, in NZ we were shouting at them to take a drop goal. I think it's good Graham Henry was reappointed as coach though, because we could've easily won the WC, luckily Henry's learned from his few mistakes and it's home free to 2011.

The only reason we didn't is because the ref a) sent luke mcallister of for no reason and b) completely ignored the forward pass that resulted in france getting the winning try. Go the AB's!! france got lucky!

1. Carter, Collins and other strong players got injured
