very good but I have wonderedif they are eally taken with a ZI8 they look to good I had not really tried mine out on a HD set yet but the pictues shot in the rain came out quit well on the CLD

You tube doesn't really support 1080p so your better of with the 720p 60fps mode.

@realjuvelive Not yet, the Zi8 is still the most recent Kodak handheld cam in that class. Sorry for the late reply.

Thanks! I've upgraded to 1.06 and will update with my experiences. Curious how much better it can handle low-light situations!

It is a slight improvement. Dont expect too much though. Its still an awesome camera for its price. Especially when it catch scenes like u have here.

I have experience with 1.06 and I recommend you to update your Firmware with it. It handles the zoom issue and gives better low light performance. When it comes to handling contrast I havent really been in such a amazing area as u have catched here, so im not sure if 1.06 handles it better , from my experience u always notice a" turnover" period when the camera tries to adjust to the light. It might works smoother though with 1.06. Amazing scenario u have catched here! Well Done!

Im' just trying to find out if there are quality differences between 1.0x and 1.06... I think the early versions have problems with contrasts as you can see the sensor "pumping" when you move the camera from a light to a dark area and vice versa...
