What do you guys have your settings set to? I like the Sharpness at around 72. It looks great high but some text gets a little jaggy at 100. The default was 60 but if I can get away with a little extra crispness why not? I must honestly say I'm not crazy about the touch buttons. The setup is great but lack of tactile response is difficult, especially in the dark. It's nearly impossible without light.
Ahhhhh I KNEW it! I thought it was just me! Yeah the HUD is really buggy. Damn that sucks, Valve should really get on that. For some reason I can only set HL2 Ep 2 to 1600....it's giving you 1900?? If it's auto 16:9 that's cool but I seem stuck at 1600 and whenever I click 16:9 it just resets to 4:3. I think I'm having trouble with my video drivers though.
Ok mate, ive just had a spin at HL2. Yeah, you need to select 16:9 mode to enable those resoultions. You can then select 1920x1080 and play the gaem at max res.
Bear in mind the HUD in game is a bit buggy, so you cant see your ammunition and other HUD stuff.
It depends on resolution. at max 1920x1080 its 60Hz. Lower resolutions can handle up to 75Hz. The manual says that you strictly should not exceed 75hz regardless of resolution.

I wish this had a component video in.. or actually, I wish my Wii had HDMI :( Then I'd buy one of these and get rid of ALL my TVs and monitors..

Check Samsungs website and download the manual. I dont have it to hand anymore.

@whostolecarlosrox the sharpness is not availible when you connect via DVI port. Its only when you connect via D-Sub because its analog.

I havent played HL2 on it yet. But if you have the resoultion set to 1920x1080 its already 16:9.
So if you have that resoultion setup it should be ok.
I'll install and give HL2 a spin :)

It depends on resolution. at max 1920x1080 its 60Hz. Lower resolutions can handle up to 75Hz. The manual says that you strictly should not exceed 75hz regardless of resolution.

Also, the 90 * spin is for using it in 2 monitor 1 TV setups where you have 2 of these on the sides and a TV in the middle :D
