This video helped me to discover how to print self-test on HP LaserJet 1005

(or something like that - it prints a page contaning just horisontal lines)

1. turn on your printer

2. open and close the cover 4 times (without pressing any buttons)

you said something earlier about my operating system or sofetware im printing from? how to i check those? because im having ALOT of trouable with my printer...

and i ran the self print test and it worked but it wont let my print anything from my comptuer pls help!
