@StretchDouche I never said Trent was entirely original. I'm no fan of NIN or skinny puppy or industrial type music in general. Numan when he started had focus...how many times can he keep presenting the same pseudo-blasphemous religious angle over and over in this style? It really disturbs me too he wants to pretend that most of his 80s music never existed as pretty much any of it is still far better than this.
You've never listened to Gary Numan have you? If he wanted to pretend his 80s stuff never existed then he wouldn't have done the classic album tours. Speaking of which, he's anti-religious themes have been around since telekon which has been the blueprint for most of his recent albums with tracks like I dream of wires.
@StretchDouche I've never listened? Yeah I have- I have every album excluding his latest one. Anything after I Assassin he writes off as trash. Even Dance and I Assassin are probably a bit iffy with him- his tours just focused on his popular early albums. I don't need to prove it, just look at interviews. He won't play most of those songs live ever either.
@StretchDouche Warriors, Beserkers, The Fury, Strange Charm, etc. all written off as crap by Numan is my point- why do you continue to argue with me over it?
Lol, why are YOU continuing to argue about it? What's funny is that you say that Numan brushes off albums like strange charm as crap yet in the related videos there's a performance of Voix from 2004.
So sad,but noticed his Music very late, and then it blew me away (supreme samples) close to my Favourite´´s Sisters of Mercy(britain rock/wave rules all)!!! Bought 3 Albs after hearing this Song one time, and every Song of him ive heard is so great!!!
always been into numan's music have my sister to thank for that, but didn't hear his recent stuff till this and crazier so bought the double disc exposure and haven't looked back, the man has literally gotten better with age, and with him going back to his early work and reworking it with this type of music makes it all even better.
the man is just pure awesome, and a nice guy to meet after concerts too :)
god my m8 fish sees numan about 12 times a year

this is like a bad NIN industrial ripoff, sorry Gary but I think I'll go back to your early stuff when you had originality

As if Trent was completly original himself? Fuck, even he admits he ripped off skinny puppy who in turn ripped off caberat voltaire.

This tune must have been penned by Trent Reznor - the industrial gothic sound, with the little piano stabs... just a guess
