get a bunch of pics, crop out the background, save it as a gif file. (you need photoshop or gimp to do this) paste them all on a plain background, paste POKEMON on the image and type in your own stuff underneath, use some brushes in photoshop to add the glow in the words and soften up the edges and you're done. it's pretty easy actually
