@Necharsian the amount of competition from star players around the league makes the NHL competitive.. it is extremely hard to predict who will win the cup.. any team that makes the playoffs has a shot.. look at what Montreal and Philly did last season.. two of the lowest points in the playoffs make it to the conference finals... so you cant really predict which teams will take it.. dont be disappointed if they win the cup within the next 5 years.
