Well done if you don't use roids otherwise dissapointed? Lol the amount of lean muscle he has gained with or without roids is something everyone should respect. Hard work and dedication has been involved whether he's natty or not.
i think the bad form that's being referred to is the fact that he is pressing behind the head. Many fitness experts are strongly against this as it creates a bone-on-bone impingement...or so they say. I am no expert....just passing on info.
Perhaps u could explain me more cause I didnt understand your comment? So u can lift 60kg? Nice. I just lifted over 100 kilos in the video and I got a fucked up rotator cuff. I dont even believe in super heavy training when working out shoulders.
safe ya but he doesnt lock them at the topp wich makes it half an exercise to me.. better result if you look them but enyways its a good weight 60 kg on shrugs!
ur not supposed to lock, when you get to the point of locking ur using more triceps than shoulders, and its hard on the joints. shows how much you know.
Ive allways locked when ive shrugged! and it helps to build mass, you saying it takes more tri when locked? well it shouldnt if you keep the arms straigt. im gonna keep locking and build a great neck you do what youve got to do.
You have got this partially wrong. Usually people who have had injuries stay away from machines because they have learned that the ROM restriction places unnecessary pressures on parts of your body. The best example is people that do smith machine squats. I wish you knees luck in a few years of doing that
keep it up man, really fascinated by u'r ability to obtain such a physique even with a serious injury like that. I like to pressure myself through the pain-barrier too, hehe, but if its too bad, then i just put on a extra resting day. But keep it up man, and post more vids, u got a really great body, no homo.
Simon, how did you overcome your dislocation, did you receive surgery. I'm curious to know as to how your lifting such heavy weight behind the back after an injury like that.
In time it did get better. And when Im using smith machine I dont need to concentrate balancing the bar. In this video my shoulder is at its best condition. Right now its much worse and would dislocate immediately if I go over 80 kg (176lbs).
hey mate theres nothing worse than injuries when it comes to training i done my lower back in a couple months ago doing hak squats and its been getin me down. its a bit better now though but am a bit weary about training heavy incase it goes again have u any advice?
protein is protein- doesnt matter what u take but opt for a low carb low calorie no sugar type. Beginners should note (as im sure this guy on the vid will agree) that they are prime targets for these supplement companies- good training, rest, and natural healthy foods is the key. Dont be bombarded with hype and all these products which u 'must have' waste of money- good luck
Some good hard work out there brother! You have some great lats as well! How about you make a Lats workout video as well to show us you routine. 5 stars - great stuff!
"Why don't you try and move slower than that duing the workout ?!?! it's much better ! ... but anyway your body looks great"
LOL. I don't think he needs that advice, the guy is built. Lots of bodybuilders train fast, what works well for some people doesn't work well for others. Nice V-taper.
Move slower? Do you mean doing the reps slower or rest between the sets? I'm training quite slowly or that's what I think I'm doing. I think the most important thing is to do the repeats properly and right, not cheating too much!
My weight is normally about 80 kg. When I'm onstage I weight about 72 kilos. In that video I weighted 76kilos? Dont remember exactly. I eat normal food with low fat. Chicken and rise. No secrets just hard work!
i have a question: i'd like to start bodybuilding in a club not only to stay in good shape but also to gain muscle, how often do I have to go to the club in a week please? thank you!
Very nice job man i try that Exercies and its very hard put bar behinf your ack then lift back up i only try the 35 lbs plat each side could only lift 12 time really nice job bro
That might be because the behind-the-neck press is an exercise that places great (and unnecessary stress on the rotator cuff). Its an unnatural movement which is probably best replaced with a military press or use dumbells.
err....half reps and w the machine helping..

Some people prefer starting heavier weights first then going lighter, do you think this way is better?

Hello, some people tell me to do the exercises fast like you, and some tell me to do them slowly , any advice ?

mostly the neck, yes. I guess it takes a little on the shoulders aswell, but it is a neck exercise.

100 keys is an amazing weight for shoulders, well done if you dont use roids otherwise... dissapointing

yeh thats right you dont need to go super heavey on shoulders plus the risk of injury it aint worth it just up the rep count.

Theres nothing wrong with using machines. Sometimes you've got to train anyway you can. People who have had injuries appreciate machines.
