Another POS battle. I found this guy, and within two minutes all of my Chronos Tears are gone; he casts stop like every other turn. I can't stand the fights where just about every turn results in a status ailment. Such a huge pain in the ass, as if his powerful attacks/a hell of a lot of HP aren't bad enoug :l

the trick is old and easy to figure out but great :). The hardest part from this hunt is getting to him because I didn't know 1 off those places reset the snowstorm

Keep entering and exiting the Mountain Trails until you get a snowstorm. One similiar to the one that is shown in my vid. It can take over 15 minutes.

You don't search, you re-enter the mountains from the forest constantly until you get a blizzard

That's what happens when all your Augments on the License Board has been filled. Dealing damage to your enemy increases your MP, plus a few other things, like lowering the casting cost of spells.
