  • Just make sure your video is going through something better than A/V...

  • @thelztube hey where can i get that female rca to female 3.5 jack

  • yes me to

  • @MrHermanmenendez The best bet you have is to route the audio through your laptop. There's no real good way to use headsets with a usb cable as their only connector.

  • Bro, I have almost the same headsets, but mine headphones have the USB thing at the end of the cable! What can I go to make them work? HELP ME PLEASE!

  • dude thank you sooooooooo hard

  • where does the headset's green cable goes?

and what about the red one ?

and what else do i need exept headset to do this?

sorry but i couldnt hear all the things you said

    thats why this thing. :-(

  • yeah or you could buy a headset with an audio and a chat volum like i have and you connect the headphones to your tv audio simple

  • That your keyboard? Boss :O How is that a USB headset though? xD

    -Sam

  • g35 doesn't work !

  • i have a usb headset, and i tryed to plug it in to the ps3, but i dont get it to work :(

  • what if im using hd pvr

  • great video!! thumbs up

  • Why couldn't we just plug the headphones into the same USB as the mic? Instead of using the red and white cables to plug the colours into, don't have that.

  • @aniqahpunkrocker You could, but then you'd only have chat audio, and not game audio. Right now, the PS3 does not have the option to output game audio through a usb headset.

  • @thelztube whats the cables called for when u plug ur headset into and ur ps3 wires

  • lol thats the same usb i have :D

  • My headset has a usb, its the logitech g35 im trying to connect.

  • Can u let me know the name of all the adapters i need, thanks

  • how much one of these costs?

  • what is the name of the usb audio and mic adapter and whats the name of the other wire?

  • To those who are asking about HDMI, you still need to have the red/white adapter. In your sound/audio settings however, there is an option to select multi-output. this will output your audio through the hdmi AND the red/white cables.

  • @thelztube can you set it up so that the audio is NOT going to your TV through the HDMI and only the AV cables? Basically to be able to have game audio (don't need voice) only on your headset and the TV...... haha never mind I just realized as I was typing this you could just mute your TV. Thanks for the vid

  • @thelztube You could also just change the output audio to rca. Instead of multi-out. Whatever floats your boat.

  • Does the in game audio go to both headphones when you do this? Are you able to tell which direction people are coming from well? Thanks

  • Anyway to do this when using a HD cable?

  • i like your keyboard i have the same :)

  • @lollijok ihave the same keyboard and muse

  • hey buddy nice tutorial! Whats that piece called wit the red and white? thanks

  • Black magic ! KILL HIM WITH FIRE !!! XD

  • What if I use HDMI cable?!

  • @The8RedHeart VIdeo and audio differs, so if you use the HDMI you can still keep your video HD, but your audio will go to the av cables.

  • this is a 3.5mm jack headset not a usb headset

  • I bought a Logitech ClearChat Pro USB thinking this would work, and then to hear this, wtf is nothing ever straight forward

  • wut if I use an HDMI cable?

  • Not usb headset

  • Pretty deceiving title, seeing as what you have there is not a USB headset. It's clearly got 2 mini-jacks. How do I do the same thing with an actual USB headset?

  • @simon84uk That's a good question. Honestly, I didn't know there were headsets that were ONLY usb. I'll look into that.

  • @simon84uk That's a good question. Honestly, I didn't know there were any USB only headesets. I'll have to look into that.

  • @simon84uk Lol, I guess the only option you have is to route your audio through a computer. Not the greatest option ever, but if it's all you got and you are short on money, I don't know what to say.

  • @thelztube Haha, I just wanted to be able to use my Creative Fatal1ty HS-1000 ones that's all. Money not the issue, just didn't want to have to get another set. Looks like I'll have to though. Cheers anyway ;)

  • @simon84uk could always try routing through a laptop or something. then you could even be like a dj and run music through the chat. careful though, some people can get annoyed real quick

  • @simon84uk its simple plug ur headset in and then go to settings and change both input and output to headset

  • where did u get that adapter man? i looked everywhere... what is it called? ... can u give me link

  • @nghiahuunguyen the one from rca to 3.5

  • @nghiahuunguyen I have a crap ton of different cables that I've collected over the past 10 years, so I have no idea where I got the ones I have. But if you search amazon you should find it. For some stupid reason, YouTube won't let me post links. but as I told mardini900, i searched "av 3.5mm cable" on Amaxon and it was on the first page. Sorry that I can't be of more help!

  • @thelztube i got it :) found one at radioshack, had to buy a coupler and an adapter... 10 bucks, guess its worth it :P

  • i use HDMI.... how can i get game audio? please help me...

  • @mardini900 In the settings tab in PS3's XMB menu, select the "Sound Settings" option, then "Audio Output Settings". Instead of hdml, select the "Audio Input Connector / SCART / AV MULTI" option. Then your audio will come out the red and white cables. Hope that helps!

  • @thelztube thanx i got it so video from hdmi and audio from white n red :) thanx man :) but i cant find this adaptor... 3.5 mm to av in... :S do u know from where i can get one (online) ? thank you :D

  • @mardini900 You should be able to get one at a local radio shack, but you should also be able to get one on Amazon.

  • @mardini900 Just search on amazon "av 3.5mm cable"

  • @thelztube Thanks alot mate :) and 1 last question.. sorry XS does the quality differ from an adapter to another (the sound quality) thank you...

  • @mardini900 The quality shouldn't, but I'm not 100% positive about that.

  • @thelztube ok thanks alot man :D u helped me out alot

  • @mardini900 Glad I could help! :D

  • @thelztube :)

  • @mardini900 same thing...
