Awesome episode!! I can understand no one in India would want to do this, coz it's hard work. All the chefs and "food critics" in India only sit in AC powered restaurants and eat (sometimes cook) and judge, and the occasional chaat house to up the ratings with common ppl. It takes an awesome guy like Gordon Ramsey to start cooking in the hot, humid kitchen from morning till night to really tell ppl what Indian cooking is all about! F**kin love this guy!!!!
