@Moonshiner14 It is called a harmonium, or pump organ, or reed organ. It is my favourite instrument. I want one. I have played one once, in Iceland. I believe they have been used in small towns in churches where a powered organ wasn't an option.

@etort98 They're from Iceland, and they usually sing in Icelandic (including this song); but sometimes they sing in a made up "language" where the sounds don't mean anything, which is often called Hopelandic. And "All Alright" is in English.
