  • I thinks this game is based on the anime version of Kinnikuman/Kinnikuman Nisei... since the Improved Ashura Buster is, as a matter of facts, less powerful than the original ones...

  • I have NO clue how he did that.

  • I never got why he and Black Hole laugh like that " Keh,Keh,Keh,Keh"

  • Ke ke ke is the japanese literal sound for laughing, like for us, it would be hehehehe.

  • Ashuraman goes back to serving Akuma Shogun after his son shiva goes on a rampage

  • Yeah I want to see the Ultimate Ashura Buster since I never read far enough into the series to see it. If anyone knows where I can see it in action could they send me a link through pm?

  • 0:57 - Ultimate Ashera Buster

  • No that's the Improved Ashura Buster from the Dream Tag Arc. He used it on Geronimo during his tag match with Sunshine against Geronimo and Terryman. He made I guess so if he fought Kinnikuman again then Kinnikuman wouldn't be able to reverse it with the Kinniku Driver like he did during their match in the Gold Mask Arc. Besides I thought the Ultimate Ashura Buster is a combo of a standerd Ashura Buster and the Ultimate Scar Buster used by Scarface.

  • Hmm, then I guess I've never seen it.

  • Hmm... still no Ultimate Ashura Buster? Wonder why.

  • Just thought to clear this up with everyone as to why the 'Hustle Muscle' song was playing. Although it was not featured in the anime (currently and unfortunately), Mantaro did face Ashuraman later on in the manga. Without revealing any spoilers, Ashuraman just basically went back into being a bad guy.

I'm surprised they didn't give Ashuraman his new special :p lol

  • where can i read that chapter at

  • I have no clue, and sadly, I don't even know what the technique looks like; it's hard to find anything really good about Kinnikuman but, if you search hard enough, you'll find something useful.

The only reason I heard about it was thanks to Wikipedia and yeah, even though it's not really an accurate source of info but even so, it's believable for me.

It'll be a while intill the manga will come into the states so, we might as well wait intill then.

  • Yea it's a bummer well yea guess i'll wait i think that arcs beginning pretty shortly

  • The game makers were too lazy to program a new move for him?

  • Well, here's my hypothesis on it: by the time the issue where Asuraman's new move was released, the game was far too much finished in development and time was for the game's release was coming very soon.

I can't speak for them anyway since I wasn't there and I've yet to see what the move exactly looks like other than guesses but, that's what I think what apparently happened so, your guess is about as good as mine. Either way, it is most definetly a dissapointment.

  • They could have definately put in the move since that manga came out in

2004-2005. I know this because the 2nd Nisei manga came out in 2005. That 2nd series involves a tag tornament that takes place after the events with Ashuraman.

  • Got me there mate; forgive my ignornance. I knew about the tournament and the return of Asuraman but, I didn't know the time of it's release.

  • Not only did they have time for Ashuraman's new move, but they could've also given Geronimo his new Apache Death Cry.

Now for GP1 they might have had the excuse of time constraints, but here I don't think there's any excuse other than pure laziness.

It stink because the Kinnikuman fan in me wants to get the game, but the realist in me doesn't want to plunk down $75 for the same game plus seven characters.

  • Yup, I was ignorant at the time of my post of my reply and therefore I apologize for the inconvience because I should've known to begin with that this just an enhanced port of the original game and therefore (like we all just said now lol) that they had plenty of time to put in the moves.

Yeah I'm honestly surprised that price of the game is at a ludricous stand point (even for an import game) but, I'll just wait till it goes down.

  • Well, that could be awhile. Unfortunately, the yen is worth more than the dollar (well, the penny) right now, and that doesn't look to change anytime soon.

I am finding better prices at the Japanese Amazon site, though.

  • Great Vid!
