@ddavid993 I didn't say anything about California. Although there are some California legal R32's that were imported though Motorex. About 15 cars total. For California smog exemption, the car has to be older than 1975 currently.

@nismoking1994 Emissions is one portion, the other portion are DOT or FMVSS standards. I will put up some more videos explaining some of the DOT - FMVSS standards. Mostly its all minor things that dont meet US requirements, making them not legal to import or sell.
