@batfreak28 I might be wrong, but I just thought of that verse in You Owe Like Pookie to be a reflection of what happened between him and Lynch. If you go to the website for XXL Mag and search 'Bad Season' Tech N9NE explains each track - and for 'Losing My Mind' he mentions being in a fued with Lynch and then starting to get over it. I think that is what its about - he got over it, but Tech talks about his life and he was just discussing it on that track. I think they did settle their beef.
