You're missing the last notes for all the riffs during the chorus. It sounds like he hits the last notes twice. A3 x 2, E3 x2, A6 x 2, E6 x 2.

A lot of people for get the synth thats used as well. Chris uses a Russian Big Muff patched through an Akai Deep Impact synth which cleans up most of the ambient distortion which ruins a lot of the tone otherwise.

I don't really know the exact set-up Chris has going on, but I run my bass through an Electro-Harmonix bass Big Muff to get that dirty, fuzzy sound and it sounds pretty good if you use that and tweak your amp settings. Hope it helps :)

When you play the intro/verse riff, you play it different to when you do it slower to teach it.

On the G string, you miss out a note.
