How do you COOL the aneurysms?

Same way you COOL a laceration. The amount you can go off the aneurysm is a lot more strict though

Try to suture only the part of the vein that you stretched.

I hated this operation because the aneurysms were everywhere and I hate this game's magnification tool. I wouldn't be surprised if I never XS this. Good job!

Its not the magnificarion tool thats messed up. Just practice with it during these operations im sure youll get the hang of it.
