@JoeloveLovelle Just start with simple songs like this. Play softly, dont try and play loud and bold at first. Work and it and you'll get it. Once you learn a few of these simple songs like this, you'll be able to play them all. Then you slowly build up from there. First thing to get down is your timing. Because you will never be able to sing and play if you cant hold time in your head without thinking about it. ALSO, play with your fingers. Screw a pick, it'll widen the variety of songs to you.

@JoeloveLovelle Don't worry about singing then for the moment, get the chord progressions down 100% to where you can play with your eyes closed laying down. Once you get the rhythm in your head like that, singing will just "fill" in all those blanks. Like I said, timing, timing, timing.

@JoeloveLovelle Learn guitar! I swear, I got a guitar for my 12th birthday, and it was the best present EVER. Playing guitar teaches you how to be very balanced, patient, and coordination. It's hard at first, so I advise having a private teacher. But guitar is the funnest instrument EVER!

The list prices for guitars are always more than what you pay at the stores. Just a suggestion.... check out Michael Kelly guitars. I had one in my hands today and was surprised how much it felt like my Taylor and Martin. I've never heard of them before today, but i believe they're quality and affordable.
