I think these immigrants are just trying to make a living like everyone else. if we offer them visas then they can come and do the jobs that most of the people here wouldnt want to do like cleaning houses or hard working with low pay in other words, if we show them some fairness by giving them a chance without discriminatging them, they will show us that they are willing people, if we were them we would be trying to make a living the same way.

I think illegals need to be deported, they broke the law when they snuck in here, and often they break other laws once here. Take a look at the gangs and crime they bring. These people have no respect for the law and our way of life. Bottom line the illegals need to back to where they came from, and wait in line like everyone else who wants to come here legally. That said, the process to immigrate here legally needs to be made easier and faster to encourage proper immigration.

they did not deport illegals they deported mexican americans US citizens in LOS angeles that had been living there eversince the origianal spanish settlers arived in the south west and it was forced deportation they where not given a choice to stay on their land that had been given to them by their ancestors and it did not happen after the great depression it happened before it because after the depression in1940's mass amnesty was given to those american mexicans which had been wrongly deported

All people caught crossing the border illegally should be photographed and fingerprinted, and immediately confined to a work camp for 60 days, then returned directly to their home country. While in the work camp, they could do those jobs "no one wants", or help build that fence on the border.

Illegal is illegal. Immigration is not a bad thing in and of itself and the immigrants are not necessarily bad. But breaking laws is bad. people who commit crime should face being treated as criminals. No amnesty. If something has to change to let more people from poor countries in, it is the legal process that determines who gets in legally. Making illegal immigrants legal is just sanctioning illegal action. - Extremist liberals accuse you of being incompassionate if you don't buy the amnesty idea hook, line and sinker. Guilt is their philosophy.
- Should we grant amnesty to anyone who whinges?
- Interesting food for thought: Muslims emigrating to Australia are more likely to already speak English - and to learn it - than some Europeans.
- Extremist liberals may say that the host country has to adopt and the immigrant doesn't.

There are around 8 million illegal aliens employed in U.S. jobs. That's a lot of fucking jobs, in endless thousands of fields. Many of them are well paying. There are over 15 million unemployed citizens in the U.S. We could cut that number in half almost overnight. An Illegals out, legals in plan would be the right thing to do. Not the borderless agenda of the Vatican.

The only reason immigration is a problem is because of welfare/socialist programs and the income tax. Eliminate both of those and we will need immigration to fill all the jobs. Not to mention all the American jobs that are overseas now that will come back because they won't be penalized for being profitable anymore.

I think illegals need to be deported, they broke the law when they snuck in here, and often they break other laws once here. Take a look at the gangs and crime they bring. These people have no respect for the law and our way of life. Bottom line the illegals need to back to where they came from, and wait in line like everyone else who wants to come here legally. That said, the process to immigrate here legally needs to be made easier and faster to encourage proper immigration.

it finally dawned on me, it is a genuine invasion of our borders, it is each and every one of the citizen's responsibility to enforce these laws. they say the logistics of deporting illegals is impossible, i say with volunteers we can accomplish this goal.
