@allthenamesaretooken actually i figured it out. apparently in windows 7 everything in the "program files (x86)" can't be edited. I was able to copy the file to the desktop and edit it there and overwriting it.

Why's the video timer longer then the video?
Nice song, neat window but I enjoy the game in Full Screen. I think a few people wanted this mode way back.
