@lozdbzmario no, people are always talking about how robots inheriting the earth or nanobots turning into a grey blob that kills us all is very stopable, just because since their electronic robots, they can be emp'ed. but no. thats the point. they get smarter than us, they would be thinking ahead of us with them. besides, the scientists would shield them, make them emp proof. its already being done for most military based machines.

@lozdbzmario not trying to be rude here, but when were talking about a crisis that acts that quick, and causes so much damage, faith is basically irrelevant.plus, the sun is made of carbon based materials. so, they wouldnt stop with our planet. they would move through the universe, until there was nothing left.if u really want to know how fast they replicate, read :Engines of creation, that eric drexlers book. at a geometric rate, in 2 days, their mass would outweigh the sun and all the planets!
